Hello all. The past month I have been fighting pain during squats. Everything is fine until I start going up in my movement. I feel a shooting pain in my right leg that seems to start at my knee and goes up the left side of my leg up into my middle hip and groin area. Only happens to my left leg and not my right. Even with 95 lbs I can feel the pain (Im about 365 max). A visit to a doctor I believe to be in my future and possibly PT but figure I would see if anyone has fought anything similar. TIA

Asking the real questions hahah. It was with kilo plates. I actually messed up on that rep, it was supposed to be a final warmup of 475 but when I was adding it up I input the 15kg plates on the end as 15lbs. So I was really discouraged with the fact that it moved slower than I wanted it to, but then I realized it was actually a PR
