Ty for the post op pics mate, recent one looks real good. Think I'll go through with it. Going to make some calls to doctors next week.
I'm a lawyer, depending on what my doctor tells me I guess I'll be taking between 1 and 2 weeks off work and I'll work from home if something comes up.☆ ☆ QUEBEC CREW ☆ ☆

If you're mainly going to be doing office work then 1 week is good. Depending on whether they just cut into your skin or muscle could be sooner.
I took only 1 week off and had an office job at the time. They even had to cut into my ab muscle (most of the time this isn't needed) and I was back at work in 7 days.
Let me know man if you have any other questions! Post em here in this thread.

Thanks man, it was a fun journey!
Thanks!
I did do quite a bit of cardio in the beginning, actually stopped doing cardio for awhile then picked it back up as needed. My calorie intake always varied depending on what was going on at any given time.
Thanks dude, I am treated A LOT differently. Guys have more respect for me and chicks give me more attention. It's weird because my personality hasn't changed but others have changed towards me, mostly for the better but I've realized how vien people are without even meaning to be...it's just part of being a human. A lot people look at me and have no clue I use to be fat.

skin issue is honestly not bad at all it will get better with time and as you get into single digit
Its really just the lower abs which is amazing considering your lost over a 100lbs
Legs look really good also, back and arms also.
I'd say bodyfat is about 13%
drop into single digit and stay lower for awhile and you will be amazed at how your skin bounces back to normal
