Just a quick update - I recently completed a block of DUP training and finished up testing on the big 3. My total ended up below:
Bench: 375
Squat: 550
Deadlift: 650
Total: 1575
I didn't use a belt, wraps or straps...just chalk. I am very happy with where I am at considering everything I had to go through to get here. I'm going to try and maintain where I am at as best as I can during tax season, and then I will revisit these lifts with a vengeance in a few months and see if I can finally reach some all-time goals of mine!
I hope everyone is doing well!

Ok only asking because i have the clicks and sliding haha and just seeing how other people handle their IT band junk.
Either way Sporto, getting the numbers you put up with the injuries you sustained are nothing short of amazing! Truly inspirational because i know how the IT band can definitely fiddle around with that squat!

That's what I am hoping for. Tax season always causes a step or two backwards because some days I simply don't have enough time to eat enough. It's just nice to know I am back in a good place after taking time off!
Ah, I should clarify - I took a year off, but have been slowly working my way back up the last 6 months - so pretty much squatting heavy
Thanks!
Oh trust me, the weight definitely felt heavy for the first few months, but as the pain started to slowly go away, the weights starting going back up to where they were. But I get the same thing when I take even just a few days off!
Oh who knows...part of me really wants to, but part of me also thinks I need another solid year of development in order to better my last performances...we shall see!
Thank you! It's taken a lot of physical therapy and foam rolling, but I think I've finally made some headway!

A few new videos from some recent workouts!
Chin-Ups: Bodyweight + 100lbs for 5 reps (okay, maybe 4.75 reps)
Bench Press: 3rd set of 3 reps @ 85% (345lbs)
Deadlift: 3rd set of 3 reps @ 80% (520lbs)
The sub max sets are a part of my current DUP program, so they aren't PR's (yet).
Enjoy!
