what have you found to be most effective on gaining size for your arms? i felt like i hit a big ass plateau or something with my arms, theyve gotten considerably stronger but thats about it lately

I barely workout my biceps because curling is boring as sh*t lawl
Biceps:
Seated DB Curls, and Concentration curls are very good exercises. I don't mess around with bb curls too much.
Triceps:
Single arm DB OH ext, Single underhand pull downs, Tricep pushdowns (latpulldown machine)
I don't do double OH ext due to the fact that one arm could be pressing the weight more than the other arm.
The reason why I do my pushdowns on the latpulldown machine is because;
A: Heavier Weight
B: More resistance when pressing down.

cut went pretty good i guess....i'll never cut like i did again though lol clean bulkin is way better
im still not to the point i want to be, so im zig zaggin at a slight deficit.
seein the size go down, lifts go down, im exhausted and have 0 focus halfway through my (your ) routine phucking sucked. i love doin high volume, and you just cant do it on 1400 cals a day if i even got in that much.
