Question Lower back pain after military press

I read the stickied thread on lower back pain and im pretty sure i am not having transferred pains. A few weeks ago i was doing military style presses on this machine that allows you to move both arms individually. I was maxing out on this thing and on my last rep, my left arm was down while i pushed my right arm through. When my right arm was up my back was not level as you can imagine and i felt a sharp burning pain in the lower left side of my back. This pain comes and goes now but after a couple of jogs it has persisted. The only time i dont feel it is when i am lying down, or in the morning right after i get up. The pain in only in the left side, and its a burning pain. The pain intensifies when im siting down and i lean forward. It also hurts alot when im lying on my back and move my pelvis upwards. Basically it ****ing hurts all the time.

What do you think this pain is related to? it is muscular or did i compress something?

I am not a doctor, so don't rely on my advice; it does sound muscular to me though. The idea that it hurts (burning too, which hints muscular to me) more when you contract your lower back muscles (lie down) to me means a muscle is aggravated. Again, I am not sure though, and I am no professional on injuries.
