hi all,
I like to seek advise from the experienced folks here.
I have reduced my weight from 98kg to 90kg in about 2 months, through calorie deficit and workout ( both cardio and weights-lifting ).
however, my body fats % is still constant @ 28%.
why is this so?

thanks. I didn't know that those are misleading.
Is DEXA scan also misleading?
If measuring my waist from the naval, then yes, I have lost weight and also lost fats, cause I look less fat now.
In short, how else can I measure my workout progress?
My workouts are pretty intensive to me.
Currently, I am doing about 1 hour of 24kg x 2 front squats, where I do a total of 12 sets of 8 reps.
( I progressed from 16kg x 2 )
I also complete 1,000 air-squats in an hour a day.
( I progressed from 300 air-squats a day ).

Bodyfat % and body composition are useless numbers. They’re never accurate anyway.
Everybody holds fat differently so that just adds another reason why those things are just a waste of time, energy and money. What do you see in the mirror? Something you don’t like?
Fix it....If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
