Actually, yes, they do. Successful transgenders (some) have vaginal excretions, successfully controlled by drugs. Embryologically we (men and women) are very similar, sometimes our penises smell like vagina.

I don't understand the paranoia. I am a transgender woman, so I think the question is silly. That may have to do with the fact that I don't see myself any differently than a genetic women though. I am always upfront and honest if a guy seems to be interested in me, but I know not all women are. At the end of the day I don't think it's that big of the deal, and it isnt going to kill you. The chances of you running into a post op trans woman are VERY LOW, unless your frequenting venues that are highly populated with a certain type of trans woman. All in all at the end of the day to me its about being attracted to masculinity or femininity. Don't feel like less of a man if you can appreciate the femininity of a trans woman, or even find her attractive. That doesn't mean that you are being forced to go into the bedroom with her. That is your own choosing.
