I received the exact same once Will but luckily they changed since I did report so it was lifted after a few hours. It’s against forum rules, as much as I think we need to erase some of them. BB.com is a corporate entity and this forum is probably an issue more for a company that reports to a board of directors and shareholders whether we like it or not.
Don’t leave on account of that, get over it. We all want you here even with your broness and glutamine supps

Okay reading into supplements and elevated liver function I see Niacin, Vitamin B and vitamin D mentioned as to avoid in high amounts. I am going to go supplement free for the few weeks then get retested but thinking time to stop drinking Bang since has Niacin and vitamin b6 and b12. Also stop the 5000 IU of vitamin D I take which when I am on it during the winter months is when the tests seem to be elevated. Of course getting supplement free would be overall best but I love me my pre workouts, pump products and now added carb supplement.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

This thread made me addicted. Last year I spent almost a month without a pre just fine, then seeing you fine folks talking all about them PREs made me go on a shopping streak. Now I always have different products stocked up for at least 3 months+. Not quite sure if it's a good thing, I do love the placebo effect

Hi guys, fuark...raising kids is no joke. With that being said, the dadbod is a real thing let me tell you haha. Gym time has been limited to 1-2x per week, only able to go for an hour at max. My office here has a decent gym here with dumbbells that go up to 95lbs. I am going to start going at lunch and get in a quick 30min workout 3-4x per week. With that being said, its time to crack down on the nutrition or at least try to. In the past I would have cut using high carbs, mod fat, and high protein, and then slowly lower macros down when needed. This time around I was thinking of going higher fat, mod carbs and high protein. Any thoughts or recommendations?

Took it lighter a bit at the gym this morning. Did facepulls, side dumbbell raises, shoulder press (sort of heavy) and then leg press. Reason is the recent soreness and tightness. I felt great, lifts felt great and still feel great. Pre was Kraken (original), Kraken pump and super carb. Oh, the total supplement free period starts next week so if you are asking.
I opened my tub of Nutrakey Whey Optima Vanilla last night and made a shake. It's a pretty good vanailla and to me between XF French Vanilla and PES Vanilla. Not the best judge or person to explain flavors but that's what I got.
