Unhappy Sugar binge and heart rate

My heart rate has increased two days after a sugar binge, I consumed over 1500 calories.
This was the second binge in my life and they both happened within the space of a 4-5 weeks.
I will not binge again, has this happened to anyone else? Any advice?

1500 total for the day or 1500 more than normal?
What kind of increase in heart rate? Resting? Average? During Exercise?
I am unaware of any data that would show a single episode of binge eating have any kind of affect on heart rate.

I probably consumed around 3000 that day or more. My usual cutting calories would be 2300-2400. Resting heart rate, I was also more out of breath during exercise but not fatigued.

If it persists over the next few days consider seeing your doctor. I think its highly unlikely related to a single episode of binge eating at 700 cals over a normal day but I also don't know your health history and could be related to any number of things.

Good point, OP if you do have any underlying health conditions or suspect you may want to follow up with an MD sooner.

I figured since its happening 2 days later its likely unrelated. I would think the response would of been quicker, or at least within 24 hours, if it was something like that. Always best to check with a doctor though.
