How Much Can Sly Stallone Bench? What's His Stat's??

Always wanted to know this. I know he's strong and has somewhat of a good body for 60 years but he's a small guy. At least that's what someone told me. Anyway, i'd like to know his stats, like how much he can bench and ****.

not "small" just no arnold....He is like 5'9'' 200? I dont no his weight, but if you look at guys at the gym that are around that height it is not uncommon to see 225's and up.

I think he tore his pec doing 400 when he was having a bench off with Franco Columbo (or something). I assume that would be around his max. No idea on his current #s. He's in great shape, but probably a lot less.

It happened around 1979-1980 so it must have been while preparing for Rocky II since his chest looked fine in the first one. You can really notice the tear in 3 and 4 where the guy is seriously ripped.

Bad lighting and he could use a tan. For 60, regardless of whatever drugs he's used, he looks pretty damn good if you ask me. How many guys his age look like this?

Anyway, he is in phenomenal shape for any age, but especially at 60, regardless how he got there.

For me it was the best since the first. Perfect bookend so to speak. The ones in the middle, especially 3 & 4, were more novelty movies, although still fun. Anyway I left feeling really pumped to train and get really fit again after spending a month on the sidelines
