hi guys, i just want to make a review about CLA, few people know the CLA. even fewer people take it. CLA helped me a lot when I was bulking. It allowed me to take mass and at the same time to be at a reasonable level of bodyfat.
"reduction in total body fat and an increase in lean body mass. The effect of CLA on fat mass is modest and at the recommended dosage of 3.2g/day produces a statistically significant 90 g fat loss per week (ca. 1 lb in 5 weeks) as shown by a 2007 meta-analysis" -Whingham LD, Watras CA, Scholler DA (2007). "Efficacy of conjugated linoleic acid for reducing fat mass: a meta-analysis in humans. Am". J Clin Nutr 85 (5): 1203–1200.
Im not here to convince you absolutly but if you want to put good muscle gain and eat everything you want, its a must to have. i took 3x2pills a day. After one bottle (approximately 5 weeks) i've gained 2 lbs but i was looking much more defined due to the reasonable level of bodyfat. Its also a good friend if you are on a diet or just want cutting and continue to put some muscle. Now, i continue to take them and will post an before/after pic in 2 months. if you have questions or if im not enough clear please let me know (sorry english is my second language)
have a good day guys.

first off so I am 100 percent honest im taking CLA right now...that being said I was reading studies and the extreme fatloss that happened in mice, cant for some reason be replicated in humans, new studies have basically said CLA is useless...that being said im losing weight and the 10 buck price tag is worth it in case it really works for me:P oh funny tidbit they found out about CLAs effects on mice, because they were testing hamburger meat for carcinogens and when the mice would eat the hamburger meat they would rapidly loose weight LOL.

Well if you work with doctoral students then you must be correct lol. Most doctoral students and scientists can't do the math needed to understand the bias in their experiments or draw accurate conclusions. Clinical studies are only as good as the people setting them up and deciphering the results, and that's not usually very good. As our friend mentioned above you can find clinical studies proving opposing arguments, if they didn't lie this would be a fallacy which couldn't occur. If one such instance exists, and it does, then you are incorrect.
You Dumb :s
