i wouldn't even know how to use photoshop. if you want to see what my upper body looks like see my insta... that photo does make me look small up top (and i have pretty small boobs anyway) but i do carry a bit of muscle in my shoulders, back and arms

Thought I'd share my mid-bulk booty. Excuse the fluffy gains. I've always had big hips, I started at 44 inches but had to knock it down to build it back up right. I've gone from 37 inches back to 38.5 during this bulk. Super interested how it will look after a cut.

Been a while since I have posted in this thread. Went on a bulk and got some booty gains! Now cutting so it will probably shrink as the bulk weight all went to ass and thighs primarily.

I just noticed.... it's back!! I'm at, what I now consider to be, my off/gain season weight. That last year was hard, so many competition cuts... like literally stayed in competition shape for the better part of 8 months. I'm happy to be eating and lifting heavy again!

Feel kind of stuck at this, but just recently started training legs/glutes three days a week instead of two so let's see what happens to these long friends of mine! Planning to lose just a few pounds before summer then I'm really looking forward to making some badass gains for real. Past 6 months have been really stressful so training has felt like such a chore feeling fatigued all the time. Getting stronger though, can manage 350 lb hip thrusts for 8 reps now! Still a weak squatter.

I remember this thread used to be busy.. hopefully with summer coming we get the motivation and progress back. Alot of you all made serious gains and strides let's keep it going!!!

Alright.... due to family chaos I had to put my weight lifting on pause last March (2016) but started back at it this past March, mainly was focusing on my upper body but realized that my running was suffering from weak quads and hammies so I decided to start adding legs and glute workouts just over two weeks ago.
I took these pics on June 1st, it ain't much but I hope after a couple more weeks there will be some noticeable improvements.
