I've been on a cut for the last 11 days using only Lipo 6x, Orange Triad, ON protein, and fish oil. So far I've lost 10 pounds. I had negative results with Reduction but, I have to admit my diet is in check and was not when I took Reduction.

I may try Reduction again but, I'm not a fan of the PM pill. Sometimes I know i'm only going to get 5 or less hours of sleep and it's hard enough to wake up as it is. I may also try Animal Cuts next depending on how the rest of this cycle works out. So far so good but, the first couple weeks are always the easiest.

After I stopped Hydroxycut about 10 days ago, I felt like a zombie for the next couple of days and the CL Reduction hasn't been working as fast as HH did. The weight loss has been minimal so far and just today I was able to pickup where HH left.

But I'm pretty hopeful really, I think together with Green Mag this should be able to do a good job. I'll report more next friday or before If I see anything significant.

I know this is a stupid question but can anyone compare the REDuction AM/PM pill size to any other common pill like Tylenol or just give me the exact size in mg's. I have finally learned how to take medium sized pills but I don't think I'm ready to take a gigantic one just yet.

is ANIMAL CUTS only meant for people close to their goals, or would it be suitable for someone like me... who is about 30 pounds from their goal?

you can do 2 boxes of reduction before cycling off of all stims for 10 days. during the cycle off period you can continue to use REDuction PM

reduction pm wont prevent you from waking up if you can only get 5 hours of sleep. use an alarm clock and you will be fine

I have a hard time waking up to an alarm clock. Even a very loud one. Will the PM pill make it any worse if I only get 5 or less hours of sleep?

Currently, I'm on my second can of Animal Cuts. So far, I like it. Not sure how much you're into the Universal Animal products but they have a pretty solid line (in my opinion) just like Controlled Labs. If you're considering Cuts, definitely aim to buy at least two cans. (They stack well with other Animal Products, but give yourself a 4-hour window if you intend on trying their Stak)

When it comes to fat burners, I'm petite so sometimes the recommended dose is a bit much for me. I recently finished a cycle of Fastin and I lost 12 lbs in a month. Before that the scale was not moving. It really made me feel good. I was energized for my workout and it killed my appetite. Also at night when I get the SUPER munchies, I noticed that that went away. With the lesser appetite it waseasier eating smaller meals 5 times a day.

After reading almost all 100+ pages to this thread I've decided to try Animal Cuts stacked with Animal Stak 2.

What are some thoughts about this stack? I've tried Hydroxycut Hardcore twice. The first time it worked wonders and followed it up with a bottle of Lipo6x (which did nothing). I tried HH again to have it do nothing (I think it was my fault for not maxing out the dosage). Right now I'm taking NAno vapor and Celltech. I've noticed a gain in weight and it is definately muscle...by BF% is falling (only a little bit as weight is going up, but still in the right direction).

I am looking to shed the last 10-15 pounds of fat. I'm currently 182 with a BF% (from a cheap scale) of 21%! My goad is to lose more fat and add strength. I go to Jamaica again in 4 months and want to look good on the beach. My diet is pretty well in check. My arms look good when compared to the spare tire around my waste. I can't seem to shed fat from my midsection (middle of the abs to my LOVE HANDLES).

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!

Lastly, they say not to take both at the same time (they should be taken at least 4-6 hours apart). Which one should I take before the work out?? I can take CUTS right away in the morning 6AM...then take STAK2 @ 11AM followed by CUTS prework out at about 4PM...sound like a good plan??

I am biased, but Hydroxycut Hardcore did work for me the first time I took it. I think my problem with the second time was I didn't take the full dose of 3 pills 2x daily. That may have helped the second time. Again, the first bottle did wonders for me. I'd recommend Hydroxycut Hardcore if you're new to the stuff and maybe next time try something else. Just my thoughts.

I am using Mitotropin and it has really done alot for me. I hear alot of good things Hydroxycut Hardcore, REDuction, and Animal Cuts. I know that you should switch off Mitotropin after 30 days so I want to try one of the other products, but which one next? I want to eventrally get into a rutein with one of the supplements, but I am not sure which one.

Stick with vapor if you like that for pre workout or any other pre-workout supp. DIET and CARDIO is the two most important things when trying to look lean. As far as supp timing I think you should take cuts in the AM right away and then if you workout at 4 i would take cuts at 230 3:00ish and stak 20min pre workout. Just my opinion i have taken both also.

Done...Cell-tech is out. Thanx for the advice. I'm looking into the 12 week program from bodybuilding.com w/ Chris Gethin. Sounds like solid advice (except for all the supplements) sounds like a sales pitch to me. But all in all, sounds like a good program for someone in my position. Anybody else have input on this??

First off nothing beats Clen and T3, but they are illegal most places.

Hydroxycut hardcore gave me some bad sides too! Bad headaches and ear aches.

I found out about Cellucors D4 Thermal shock and gave it a try. It was expensive but worth it! I dropped 5% BF in a month and lost around 13LB!

Stuff is legit!
