Workout and Finish your Set *******. Stop worrying about what is wrong about the misplacement. Sh*t is always fu*ked with the gym because of the people.

It's called bad, or non-existent, gym etiquette! I've also need some guys use the squat racks for BB OV presses with weight they should be able to clean and not need the squat rack for... continuing on for 20 minutes or so. I'd like to know what they are thinking? They're not thinking of the other members waiting patiently... that's obvious!Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

The beauty of powerlifting gyms and powerful people! What I meant was some of these guys are lifting relatively light weight with just that one exercise, and then resting too long in between sets! Nobody wants to disturb their focus while they're on the phone
I should look into different gyms possibly.Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

I don't have any problem with members who use the squat racks for good OV presses...I've even done it! My point was just that some people don't need to use the rack or power cage, depending on how much weight they're doing. I wasn't referring to muscular imbalances or form, etc.. I know you have back/spinal issues you're working around, so I understand (many )people may need more time and/or attention paid to a certain technique! Thanks for reminding me, Hemp

I don't mind if someone's doing barbell curls in the squat rack cause the j-cups set it up at whatever height is comfortable to grab and release the bar.. But when they do it with dumbbells or kettlebells, that's pretty bad. Fortunately, most of the time people use ez-curl bars for bar based curls, and my gym has none that are long enough to be rackable, so it's not an issue. I think the weirdest thing i've seen is when someone brings pink dumbbells onto treadmills and curl while walking with a windbreaker, fannypack, and a headband on. Such 1980's cringe.
