Ok, this just has me laughing to be honest. A problem with keto is that there's not really any cheating. If you're off, you're off. I was off and gained a ton of water weight. 4lbs! I'm not even mad. That corn bread stuffing, mash potatoes, pie and whatever other carbs I could cram into my pie hole were amazing!
I did manage to stay under 3000 Cal per day (that was on turkey day), which is why I'm sure this is water weight from the carbs.

Good job everyone. I know a lot of us gained some water weight back so these numbers are really impressive. I have decided to adjust my Jan 1 goal to 202.0 in honor of the upcoming year xD
Was 280+ at the beginning of 2019 (highest recorded weight is 290 on Dec 13, 2018).
Jan 01, 2020...202.0

Pleased with a 1kg loss, will be nice to get under my goal before Christmas, as i will undoubtedly go plenty over maintainance on Christmas day!
Have been doing a really light week in the gym (~50% usual working weight) as i have some joint pain that I wasn't recovering from for a few weeks and I've been needing way more sleep. Using this change to switch to full body 3 times weekly, will be interesting to see if this changes my conditioning at all.

My goal was to start slowing down the loss to 1-2lbs per week but my daughter brought back a cold/flu/pinkeye from daycare so ive been feeling like crap all week and had the runs.. lol Down 3.5lbs which brings me under the 200lbs mark!! Its been since 2015 and it was a major milestone for me to reach. When I joined the gym in July, I never thought I could do this transformation again to be honest. Next goal is 188, which would bring me to a 100lbs loss! Havent cheated this week as I havent felt good or much hungry. However i did go to the gym on four occasions!! My starting weight on this cut was: 210 lbs
My goal for this thread was 195lbs.

Increased calories this week from 1500 to 1800, getting leaner and I've seen research say you can only move so much fat based on how much bodyfat you're holding onto, wanna keep my FFM through the end of the cut.
Still lost a decent amount of weight, I'll see how this week goes and if I'm still losing too fast I'll probably increase it again to 2000 and then again at some point in January and slowly transition into a slow bulk.
Funny thing, I'm actually hungrier at 1800kcal lmao

So the day after Thanksgiving was a fluke. That weight came off quickly and I have been steadily going down since. I have adjusted my timeline because I was a week ahead and this week confirms it. So I want to be 202.0 for 2020! Everyone is doing really well. Keep at it.

Thanks!! Little weekend getaway with the wife without the baby. Went for sushi. Also had a cup of dairy queen iced cream and caramel. Haha. Gained back about 6bs from that alone but mainly just carb, water retention and poop haha.

Hi - Noob here. Great motivational thread! .....and some awesome losses and journeys going on! I started lifting in June this year, and my BF% decreased dramatically - I followed Jim Stoppani's Short Cut to Size for 12wks, really gave me a springboard to build on. I started Keto on Aug 17th, BF continued to go down steeply. Intermittent fasting Mon-Wed - with training 5-6 days a week, including 2 Cardio days. Its going great, havent hit a real plateau just yet - keeping the HIIT in the bag for when I get there! Great being part of this community.
Starting Weight End of May 115kg BF 42%
Starting weight End of Oct 102kg BF 20,5%
Goal weight End of Dec 96kg BF 18%
Goal Weight 85kg, with BF at 7-10% extrapolated to June 29th 2020. Might be being a bit optimistic with the BF%, anyone have any expereince on how long it takes to get into single digit BF figures? I will be doing Keto at least till then, as it works for me.

Other than a few strength goals, I'm not sure really. I'm pretty happy at this weight (I'm probably 13%-14% bf)
Probably just slowly move back up to maintenance and work on getting stronger while staying about the same weight.
Got a few strength goals I'm working on now that dieting is making hard, but may go down to 170ish (167-168 if I really wanna go hard) if the mood hits.
Just a few random strength goals:
365 lb deadlift x 10
20 Chin-Ups (might be able to do now)
90 lb incline dumbells bench x 10
I've neglected strength the last 2ish years, just been doing more general fitness and weight lifting has been on the back burner.
Good Luck Finishing Everyone
Excited to rep all those who finishMisc Pizza King:
