Yesterday.
Same as day before.
gotta get rid of that beer before i start dropping carbs to increase deficit.
went to wallymart ot buy bronkaid.
Left it in the cart in the parking lot.
Was afraid to go back and buy more,
found out NYS limit is 3.6g (or 3600 MG) of Ephedrine Plus HCL per 30 days.
Each box of 24 only contains 600mg.
Never knew.
always got skitish when i picked up two boxes at once. LOL!
Guess i'm going back to grab two more boxes to last the month.

Nitro I'm in this with ya.... but only for like 2 weeks. Just trying to trim the results of some bad weeks of lots of ice cream last month then keeping the gain-train going. Up 8lbs and still have an 8 pack and abdomen veins. Pics will be coming in 1.5 weeks if I stick to this cut.
Not doing 1600/day madness though. I'm on day 4 and my highest day was 2150, lowest 1850. That's my range. I have to do a weekly average anyway because of shift work. Today I'm up at 7:30am, and I get off work tomorrow at 5am.... 23 hours on 1900 calories is a little tough for me. Usually today is high and then I make up for it 2 days from now when I go to bed at 6am, wake up around 1, and back to bed around 9pm.
Edit: both caffeine and ephedrine are at a minimum right now. Will hit it hard on an as-needed basis but have to prioritize sleep.1175 @172

I'll be using my usual pour over dark roast, and creatine to see me through.
Guy pulls up to me at costco and asks me if I have seen a Loius Vuitton wallet in any carts? I instantly think, ok this is some kind of scam. Then I realize he is driving a new land rover, and I am wearing my boonie hat and putting a cart back in the cart return. He thought I was an employee. I explained I wasn't and that he should go check in the store. I unfortunately hold out little hope his wallet made it into the lost and found. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

eating 600 calories a day for months, not losing weight.
ok.There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I had the chicken and cauliflower with salsa dinner. Have to save the carbs for popcorn. RIP brown rice + broccoli. Pour out a little whey for them.

In for fight story.
Serp, why do you still have hips? If I remember correctly, you didn't have those at your lowest bf. Right?
Past history of obesity shouldn't be the reason for residual fat at the hips. My lowest has been 132 lbs and my bones were sticking out at the hip area.
I'm baffled.
Update on me: I'm suffering from an eating disorder (depression could be a factor). Before I'm done eating, I'm already thinking of the next food. Not that I go for it, but I've been snacking, which I've never done before.

I dont really have them lol, its a combination of lighting and a bad camera, i have an iphone 3gs that is 6 years old and grainy. My glute insertions are pretty high, ill post a better pic in about a week, spent the last week carbing up because ive been so hungry and bloated as hell. I have ALL of my loose skin there too, it literally sinks from my waist -.- I can literally pull it around my lower back and it entirely disappears, its lack of elasticity.
If you are in a deficit i would stop it and just eat at maintenance if you are hungry, and make sure salt levels arent low if you drink enough as it is.There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I fight lots. Nothing super exciting. It was actually a woman but she was nuts. Managed to kick me a few times in the head with her high heels, which is a lot better than 99% of people do against me. I almost didn't wanna throw her in jail cause she did so well. Lol.

In the 2 days I worked night shift (were 2 days 2 nights for a set here) I burned 7000 calories (according to Fitbit, which I've found to be fairly accurate for me), consumed 4300. Just too busy to even think about eating.
Gonna try and keep it up on days off so I can crush a large caramel popcorn on Tuesday when me and the misses catch a movie.1175 @172

I don't wanna tell you
But I think the last one has a lot to do with it. And boredom too, I changed departments and am not as busy as I used to. I should be hitting the gym during work hours because I can now, but I'm not.
There's other personal stuff going on too. I've sort of given up on a bunch of things.
But enough about me. Don't worry, all will be ok.
Where's ZNIK?

Get your arse too the gym !!
For Fall, my plans have changed a bit seeing as my knee is toast, going to cut aggressively for the next 4 weeks, then think i'm actually going to eat slightly above maintenance for winter & actively look to gain some weight.
CrossFit is on hold, so going to de-load on a 531 routine & follow that to the letter this time including de-load weeks, focus on form, mobility & getting my knee back solid enough so I can do some new **** in the spring.
