They're shiite honestly, I had an operation 2 months ago, so I lost lot of strength and could not train, I have a load of other excuses too but frankly, what's the point? Seeing my strength go up again now as I am bulking till 100kg and being happy with that. Trying to start from a clean sheet and not think about my lifting numbers in the past.
Hoping to get some motivation from you guys from this forum._________________________

LMAO.
But I know what you mean about injuring yourself by your own stupidity. In my case, the few times I have injured myself have all been low back muscle/joint inflammation resulting from overconfident 1RM attempts in the back squat in which I buckled forward (****ing short as **** torso). I did again on ****ing Wednesday. So no more 1RM back squats from now on.
Thanks to that post I'll slowly get back into things...

*143kg
My best back squat is 170, and my best FS is 160. I tried for 180 on BS last week, and failed half way up. After Uni Nationals i'm gonna get back on squat gainz. That clean was 1.5 years after i started, and I had ****tyiest form for first 7 months until coaching. So i'd say yeah.
I'm going to total 270+ by June which is around my 2 year mark. Believe it...
also anyone aware of this site?
mind blown i've never seen this.

I ate 20 wings and had 2 glasses of lemonade right before training. Then I had 16 oz of PWO. Some decided to leave a bag of onions next to my car... I smelled that and up came a mixture of wings, lemonade and some pink stuff....
In other news, after 1.5 weeks of my knee feels better. Hit 110kg hang power clean & jerk.Squat: 135 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 185 lbs
Stop quoting my stats. I know what I'm doing if I can deadlift 1.5 plates.
