45 lb (the bar, 10 times lewl). but then in like a day i was able to do 70 lbs. i was like 115 lbs or something lol.

Nah no ones judging, this is exactly why I started this post. Whenever someone posts they can only bench 100lb on here, everyone laughs at the guy but you gota realize everyone started somewhere. Just because some can bench 200lb+ now doesnt mean the new guy should be benching anywhere near that and deserves to get laughed at.

There are probably 10 threads a day thats about this. Always some kid that says " I cant gain weight ", and the response is " eat moaaaar ". What is the point of working out if your not gaining muscle. And if you say you still get strength then you could probably get alot more strength if you eat right. Just some advise
