The biggest secret in life is not that we go through life discovering ourselves but that we go through life creating our selves. Think about that.

(6) MANLY TRICEP PRESSES:

110 x 3, failed at 3 did 5 close grip ez-bar presses to failure
I CAN EXPLAIN:
Ok, now things are a little more where I like! I was a lot less conservative and my endurance has all ready dramatically improved. The biggest difference was the CGBP, however when I did them on Thursday I wasn't very sore and didn't push my self particularly hard either in fact I think next Monday I think I will try for 315. My triceps have always been the #1 key to my bench press. Every thing else went smoothly, I was surprised that the 315 on the incline went up relatively easily. Haven't done the reverse flyes in years, and instead of dumbbells I used the weights that have handles on them. Due to my increase in strength and endurance I am hoping to go for 5 reps of 405 on the squats tomorrow. OH SNAP! almost forgot, one of the sorest parts of my body are actually my forearms because I had to use a lot of energy to keep my wrists from bending backwards! that hasn't happened to me in years! But hopefully that will subsided shortly
DAILY WORKOUT VIDEO: Vox posted this song and I don't know why but it just really pumped me up
HOLLA!

I do it full range of motion (all the way up, all the way down), just like a bench except my hands are on the smooth part of the bar right where it boarders the grips of the bar. The manly presses are the closest thing I have found to tricep pushdowns (which are actually my favorite tri exercise but don't tell IL).
