    WorldClassDBag's Axis Lab Hemodraulix Log and Review

    I was fortunate enough to be able to log Axis Lab's Hemodraulix. This is a Nitric Oxide powder and it is supposed to give you amazing pumps. I powerlift so I don't really train for a pump so this log will be pretty interesting.







    Taste:10/10
    I got Bullet Pop flavor and it tastes amazing. It tastes exactly like those popsicles. It isn't super sweet which is actually a plus for me.
    Mixability:9/10
    It mixed pretty well but I used a cup and a spoon so there was a little bit of clumping on the bottom. I think if I used a shaker it would have been fine.
    Effectiveness:9.5/10
    Like I said I don't really train for a pump. I usually do a few sets of bi's and tri's after a bench or OHP day then call it a day. However yesterday I tried to do a superset of rope curls and tricep pushdowns. I did 50lbs for 4 sets of 20 and got a pretty good pump. I will have to experiment with other exercises and see how it goes but for now it works pretty well.

    Overall:9.5/10
    A really good pump product that tastes amazing. I will try and log at least 2 times a week, mainly logging about my upper body sessions.

    Interested to see your log. I train more for powerlifting/strength as well but do a ton of overall volume on my upper days so I'm pretty excited to follow along! Great start so far!

    Took a scoop with a serving of Lemon Drop Quake. I will admit that it isn't the best combo.

    Today was an OHP day. Repped out my max for 3

    Didn't do too much volume but I did do a super set with some side lateral raises and front raises. I also did some cable lateral raises and face pulls. I got a really good shoulder pump.

    Tomorrow is a squat day and I'm gonna try and get a quad pump. Kind of scared lol.

    Also on friday I mixed a scoop of the Bullet Pop with a scoop of All-Max's Arctic Orange Amino Cuts and it was amazing. GOAT flavor combo.

    Awesome man. I found get a killer pump even off low volume/high intensity with this stuff. I can only imagine the pump with quake+hemo!

    Today was a bench day. Hit 230x2 for my top set. I also did some accessory work such as close grip bench and incline db bench. I finished off with a good pump. I did a drop set with the preacher curl machine. I also did a drop set on the rope push down. Got a really amazing pump. I also did some band lateral raises and some rear delt flyes and got a nasty rear delt and trap pump.

    This log isn't super accurate since I have another log up. If you would like I can copy paste from my workout log for more a more accurate workout.

    So yesterday I just went to the gym to do some random work. No real goal in mind just to work on some weak points.
    Hit some pause work on bench. 225x3x1 for my top sets. I also threw on slingshot and hit 245x5 and 265x2

    Moved on to some OHP and hit 135x3x5 for fun.

    I also did some band lateral raises and incline front raises and got a nice delt pump.

    Haven't updated in a while. So I've only been taking it on upper body focus days (OHP and Bench focus days) since I have't really noticed anything form taking on lower body days.

    For the most part it has helped alot with getting a pump and I notice it right away. But I do think it may be hindering my performance bit. I remember I was supposed to be hitting incline bench for a set of 8 but the last few reps were grinders since I got a shoulder pump. Or maybe I'm just weak lol.

    However I do love the pumps I get on accessory lifts. My favorite superset to do is tricep pushdown and rope hammer curl. My 2nd would be rear delt flyes and band lateral raises.

    Lateral and Front DB raises gave me a pretty good pump. Some days I don't really notice the affect of hemo. Probably due to me not doing too many high volume sets. I'm currently on a cut right now so maybe that has to do with it to. I'll try incorporating more high volume work on Wednesday (bench day) and see how it goes.

    So I'm gonna start copy and pasting from my workout log since it's alot more structured. Today I mixed a scoop of hemo with a scoop of Gaspari Hyper Amino since it was pretty late.

    Flat Barbell Bench Press
    - 195.0 lbs x 5 reps
    - 215.0 lbs x 3 reps
    - 240.0 lbs x 2 reps (240x1+ set)
    - 225.0 lbs x 3 reps
    - 225.0 lbs x 3 reps
    - 215.0 lbs x 5 reps
    - 200.0 lbs x 3 reps
    - 190.0 lbs x 5 reps
    - 175.0 lbs x 3 reps
    - 165.0 lbs x 8 reps (165x5+ set)

    I kept messing up when unracking so it threw me off. 240 moved fine, its just unracking the bar that is hard.

    Barbell Row

    - 155.0 lbs x 5 reps
    - 185.0 lbs x 5 reps
    - 205.0 lbs x 3 reps

    I couldn't find my straps so I didn't go super heavy. I ended up finding after my set.

    Seated Dumbbell Press

    Pull Up

    The pump I get some days is unreal. Some days I can't get a pump and others it's amazing. I got a good bicep pump after the 2nd set which was pretty weird. I also got a pretty good pump because of my superset of tricep pushdowns and face pulls.

    Didn't go well last week or this week. Fuk cutting

    Just took a scoop of hemo. Worked out pretty late. Need the sleep gains so no caffeine
    Flat Barbell Bench Press
    - 190.0 lbs x 5 reps
    - 215.0 lbs x 3 reps
    - 240.0 lbs x 2 reps (240x1+ set)
    - 230.0 lbs x 2 reps

    Felt heavy as fukkkk. Being on a cut sucks lol. Just unracking the weight was hard.

    Barbell Row

    Someone was using pull up bar so I went to the assisted pull up machine and put down that seat thing, Grip was kinda giving out so I wanted to grab some straps. So I grabbed them and some bish ended up taking the assisted pull up machine to do some weird leg press.

    - 45.0 lbs x 10 reps
    - 35.0 lbs x 10 reps
    - 35.0 lbs x 10 reps

    Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension

    Finished off with some rear delt flyes and band tricep extensions.
