day 50. halfway to one hundred. had only my second definite wet dream of this streak, two days ago. there have been other sex dreams and times ive thought ive had a wet dream but no evidence when i wake up. i felt awful yesterday for it, it felt similar to when i used to relapse and feel ****ty afterwards. i just lost a lot of confidence in a day, and i was suddenly super horny as well. also messed up my sleep, as soon as i got home i slept for like 4 hours, and was still super tired after, but woke up like 10 times in the middle of the night. i felt a little better today, and hopefully ill be back to normal soon. i'm glad that this no fap alpha feeling is now just 'feeling normal' for me. i know i haven't been as long as some people but it feels like i've never fapped in my life. pretty much no urges to watch porn or fap anymore, instead when i get horny i have a super strong urge to find a girl and **** her, which is how it should be. i seem to remember my emotions really fluctuating after a relapse/wet dream, before balancing out after about a week, so i might be a bit of a whiny bitch for the next few days. this wet dream really did affect me, the difference from the day before was so noticable, and other people seemed to treat me differently as well. my last recorded wet dream was on day 7 (from my posts) so this had been building up for 43 days. lets hope i don't have another one for a while, i know theyre natural and you cant help it but they really **** me over.

I haven't heard of anybody having the same problem. There haven't been studies to show whether long term no fap affects testosterone levels. I might get some bloodwork done to see if it does, because I got bloodwork done right before I started my nofap journey.Originally Posted by Mic9
