Luckily I have a large house so my husband and I don't have to get on each other's nerves 24/7. Mostly when I am not trying to do some work from home, I am doing lots of yard work. I hate and despise running, but I may have to start doing that to blow some steam.

Both me and the wife are in healthcare. Neither of us will be in any form of lockdown unless sick.

As it is the world is moving so fast, and the advice changing so constantly that I think if anything my missus will end up to stressed to continue work.

That is the sad reality, the healthcare here is trying and bending backwards, but without proper support and and understanding it is a tough ask for the workers.

Thankfully my work's gym's are still open, so I can train, and even if they shut I've a bench and rack in the garage, and a turbo trainer in the office.

Try a fast walk instead, it changes your thinking and the endorphins kick in after a while and your problem solving improves. It is a similar release without the heavy weights.

Walk/run. Walk a bit and then run a bit. Above all else, learn to land on the forefoot, NOT the heel. Google POSE RUNNING. It's very simple and there's no need to pay anyone to learn what comes naturally. It's the same as running in barefeet, but with shoes on.

Me too, i used to be well balanced with cardio and weights but then got lazy and went 85%/15% weights to cardio. This period allows me to regain my balance, which changes the body drastically just in time for spring. That is if i am not in the hospital.......

I’d rather bulk than run, at least I could hit a good squat or dead lift PR when coming back.

I will be dead lifting and brushing up some snatch/overhead squats. But no heavy squats till the RHINO governor lifts the order he copied from NY.

If you have kettlebells, highly recommended, you’ll lose no muscle, may even coming stronger. I need a two break from heavy squats anyway.

I'm in aforementioned SF area and there isn't a roll of toilet paper to be found in stores no matter how much you want to pay it. It's insane and surreal. We are under "shelter in place" so all stores other than essentials are closed. Fortunately a lot of people here have the kind of job that allows them to work from home because schools are closed and people wouldn't know what to do with their kids if they also had to go to work. It would be the perfect time to do some house fixing projects but of course Home Depot is closed.
Governor is talking about basically cancelling the rest of the school year, then when his commie kicks in particularly hard, he talks of calling the National Guard and instituting martial law. And all the sheep saying "yeah totally!!!" Waiting for gun confiscation next, gawd Newsom would come so hard if he could finally do that...

I personally dont give a crap or am scared to get this virus, I’d much rather get this over with, people are going to get sick if they can’t get food because many people are unhealthy everyone suffers is not the correct way to handle this, the government totally created a panic here and I don’t care what that jerk mtpockets or EL say.

Trump said 15 days, which is doable, but he keeps saying it’s not certain. Anything over 15 days I think will do more harm.

All those nuts are gonna come back out and restock and they’ll use the stimulus money while the rest of us Schmucks work.
