Why is it they weren't allowed to mount a decent defense? The left controlled the entire floor narrative, which then drove the MSM narrative. They knew what they were doing. Imagine a trial where you're denied proper representation and get tar and feathered by massive group-think, only to have it broadcast both nationally and internationally. I can see why he wouldn't comply - which is following the advice his lawyers gave him.

I don’t understand this at all...there’s literally a requirement for accusers to make a testimony on record, but defendants can say absolutely nothing. Somehow, the left claims the opposite is true.
