Not posted in here in a while, looks like everyone is still killing it.

This is my current condition, still seem to be dropping fat without really restricting calories, I stopped drinking alcohol a few weeks back and that seems to have kick started the fat loss again!!

Looking tight. I think getting more calories from sources other than alcohol would be great for me, pic of me a couple days ago whilst on vacay drinking beer.

It sure does make a difference, I was a bottle of red wine at least 4 times a week kinda guy!! @ +-750 calories a bottle that makes a lot of room for extra food!!!

God that photo makes me want to go on vacation - 5 weeks and counting!

That pic was the first day of vacation at 185. I came back at 195. I can guarantee I packed on about 3-4 lbs. of solid fat. I could've shown a little more restraint, but hey I had fun.

Haven't posted a pic in here in forever. Here's an update from a few days ago. Lost 5ish pounds doing a self-move from rental house to new home I bought next-door. Texas heat is unforgiving..... Thing that sucks is I'm slow bulking.... /sigh

This week I fell on National television.

For those that missed it. I fell pretty early in the OKC City Finals this year. With no place to train for them, laches and swings are my weak link and while I blew through that section in qualifier, I just didnt have it in me finals night. Still, it was an honor to make it that far given the amazing athletes we had in the qualifier.

I had always read that "needing to squat in flat shoes like Chucks" as something that didn't matter to a beginner, and was one of those finer points for more advanced individuals.

Squatted and Deadlifted in Vans... did not disappoint. Deadlifts jumped off the floor, last workout I thought there was no way in hell I could increase weight.

What a heartbreaking fail, goes to show how split second your timing has to be, I'm betting you can hit that swing and drop 9 out 10 times.

still plugging away, nearly the end of summer pretty pleased with my progress this year

Still carrying some fat around my love handles and lower abs but I think I'm done as I don't want my scale weight dropping any further (mental barrier).

Made it to 180 lbs. last week. Lightest and leanest ever since starting out at 250 lbs. in 2010.

185 lbs. about 3-4 weeks ago.

42 weeks into slow bulking, I have gained 23 pounds. Up from 153 to 176. Probably gaining a bit faster than I'd like and thus putting on more fat than I'd like, as well, especially considering the slow strength gains. Still keeping at it.

The big three is now at...

Bench - 192.5 as of June 25, still at 192.5.
Squat - 200 as of June 25, now at 208.
Deadlift - 340 as of June 25, now at 355.

I haven't been feeling so good of late, today was the first day in a while my sinuses and shoulder didn't hurt. So to make the most of it, 350 bench today.
