I used to be able to dunk with 1 hand pretty easy and with 2 hands on a good day but no idea what my vert ever was. Probably not that much as I'm 6'2. You look damn high in that pic.

If you are 5'9 you will need at least a 34-35 running vert...def possibly for you to get

i used jumpsole for 6 weeks back in grade 12, gained about 8 inches

didn't really have time to train while working out once college started

op help me out. Im 6'1'' with 6'1'' wingspan. have around a 30 inch vert and can only just barely touch rim.

What kind of stuff are you doing?

Well i do some endurance running to warm up my jump muscles then i do a 1000 jumps non stop and then to finish off i stretch every muscle in my body for 5 minutes. twice a day everyday.
