Hmm maybe, but I do suck at 1rm attempts. I'm better at like 3-5 rep range
Incline/Dips is looking like the GOAT chest routine. Already feeling and looking a little thicker
It's hard for me to get started, but once I get into it I feel pretty good

After reading the past few pages I'm in!!!
I also wasn't expecting those strong numbers you put up. A lot stronger than i thought u were. Got me beat on most pressing movements. Gotta catch up now that my shoulder's feeling better finallyTraining with Osteolysis and a gigantic ganglion cyst... One day I will surgery, but not today...

225 on inclines went up easier than it has before, still a bit of a grind though.
Front squat was a PR, I think I was stuck at 2 reps before

why are you maintaining brah, shouldnt you be bulking or cutting? I mustve missed something ITT.
Nice to see you getting onto those weight dips mayne, I feel so alpha doing them lol
tfw Ive gained about 1% bf or 2-3 pounds of solid fat since moving to uni. Drink/pizza binge/sleep repeat, couldnt even lift. I need to get my **** together,Poverty delts crew

Idk, I'm trying to eat clean and lift heavier. Cals I try to keep between 2500 and 3000. Recomp I guess? Lifts have been slowly getting better
