If Hyde is out I would play Duke over both.
In 2 championship games, a few questions:
1. Do I stick with Dak who has a bad throwing shoulder? Or pick up and play Tannehill vs. NO, Dalton @ Miami, or Trubisky vs. KC?
2. Half PPR pick Flex Allen Robinson vs. KC, Kupp @ 49ers, Lindsay vs. Detroit, McLaruin vs. Giants, James White vs. Buff, A.J. Brown vs. NO, Mattison/Boone Monday vs. GB?
3. League 2 who to play at QB Cousins Monday vs. GB or Tannehill vs. NO?Height = 6'3"

I'm in the same spot with you in regards to #1. I can't believe I am relying on Andy Dalton in a championship, but the matchup is by far the best. I was considering Trubisky, but KC's defense has been playing well the last 4 weeks, and you just can't trust him. Dalton v. Miami is definitely the best matchup.

1. Trubisky and Dalton are a hard no for me. I would probably go with Tannehill. NO's D, despite a dominating performance on Monday, has been only OK for the last month and a half. They got torched by SF, gave up 3 TDs to Allen from Car, big passing games to Ryan and Winston that didn't translate to points because of turnovers, and looked bad in the first game vs Atlanta where they lost. Tannehill has been really solid since he took over and AJ Brown is a beast. That seems like a sneaky good play. I don't really trust Dak on the road in general, and especially not injured in a very hostile environment.
2. I think I'd go Lindsay as a safe choice. Det's D is awful. TBH, none of those guys is a bad play, though, except the Min backups. I definitely wouldn't trust a RBBC of backups in a championship game. AJ Brown is probably the best upside play, but he's not as consistent as Lindsay.
3. Again, I think Tannehill is a sneaky good play, although Cousins is a better option than Dak, so it's pretty close between them.

I'm stressed on my flex (non PPR)
Kupp vs. SF?
A. Robinson vs. KC?
Gallup vs. PHI?
Philly's secondary is ass but they are at home and Dak has a bad throwing shoulder. Kupp didn't do chit against SF earlier in the year, though he has a TD in the last 3 games (points are still pedestrian). Robinson has been very solid the last month but CHI was playing awful defenses, not sure what to make of them playing KC.
Also, my D/ST comes down to ATL vs. JAX or KC vs. CHI. ATL did well against SF, and they're at home, and I think it's a good matchup vs. JAX, but I trust them less than a better team like KC, though they go on the road.

Jameis is going to give me a heart attack.
Still worried about McLaurin vs. Singletary. I just don't know how many targets McLaurin will get against a terrible Giants secondary. I know Singletary is going up against a tough run defense but he will still get targets in the passing game. Also New England's offense is down and I don't see Buffalo having to throw it a lot from a large poinit deficit.
