We don't have wheat biscuit cereal, but think the closest whole grain wheat cereal we have here in the US is Shredded Wheat.

Define "good"? Depends on what you eat for the rest of the day

so i would easily be able to eat 10. 590 calories!? good lord lol. id rather eat pasta. or 5 would be around 300 / not including 1 cup maybe more of milk. 400 just for 5...
i would rather have 1 cup otameal, 1 carbmaster yogurt, 2 egg whites or 1/2 cup oats, 1 protein shake, 3 egg whites, 1 carbaster yogurt... anyways - get my drift

thats like saying pb is bad cause I could easily eat the jar
16x190=3040 cals =O
ok if I was eating it with something I'd probly only have about 1/3 or 1/2 but still 1000-1500. Get my drift. You could actually say that with alot of things, sweet potatoes are like what 250 cals a piece, and I could def eat 2 or 3 easy. Are you saying those are bad too?

not bad but a waste of calories. if u really committed and consistent u learn over time u cant waste calories on stupid things. its ok to be silly with ur calories every now and then when u really crave something - but to waste 400 calories on one serving of weetbix is hideous!!! that is two of my big chocolate chip protein bars!
AND no u got it wrong i did not say the whole thing i said ONLY 5 pieces. that is like saying 5tb of PB is bad for u coz its 500 calories so dont compare it to the jar. dont use excuses to be silly with calories.
Thats just my perspective anyway - if you want to do this and u r serious u have to start thinking like a BARGAIN shopper - why buy 2 broccolis for 2 dollars when you can get 1 broccoli, 1 punnet of strawberries and 2 apples for $1.50 - get my analogy...

Remember they have vitamin b which is a good testosterone booster... Nice though a bit bland for a quick breakfast with hot water no milk or sugar when cutting... I have them every now and then as a break from my eggs or in summer I have em with low fat Greek yogurt and blueberries... Spoon in one hand protein shake in the other
