Day 3. My gf let me down, she didn't have time to cook dinner as she's been studying non-stop for her finals. I only got 750 calories in today.
Tomorrow I get my free meal, and her mom is making Armenian BBQ. I am going to make up for the lack of calories today then. I'm at a high bodyfat, I think 20-25%, and as such I really want to know when I actually start losing fat and not just waterweight. In the last 3 days I've gone from 243 lb to 234.5. My libido has been chit, but I think if I stop fapping then it will come back in time for sex. Nonetheless, tomorrow I plan to go big on my refeed meal, so I plan to fuk the gf tomorrow. This whole feeling hungry thing isn't so bad, mind over matter.
Also hit the gym in the morning, I guess I'm doing an IF type of PSMF. I work nights so I work from 11p-7a, then hit the gym at 8 in the morning, sleep until 4 pm then keep busy. I don't eat until 11. My basic eating window is from 11p to 4 am. I have experienced no loss of energy in the gym yet. Day 3-4 is when most deplete their glycogen levels to the point where ketosis kicks in. Honesty, if you're feeling fine, I'd skip the refeed until you're low energy and need some. If possible I'd skip the cheat meal too if your mental state is solid enough. The cheat meal, to me, just provided some wheel spinning and had I realized sooner that I'd be able to push through without it, I feel like I would had even better results in my first two weeks.
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms on here. Headed to the gym this morning and will bring her breakfast. Protein pancakes and the last bit of fat free turkey sausage this morning.had a dream I was shredded. Will check in a little later when I weigh in.

Glycogen depletion is all it took, I'm motivated AF now to see what I can get down to. My waist went from a 32 1/2 inch waist to 42 currently. I'm a very wide guy. Things are already fitting better just from something simple like depletion. I'm excited to continue, and I want to see what I'll look like at a low bodyfat.
Guys, any idea on my bodyfat estimate? 234.5 on the scale.

I can't see your tinypic, but in your avi you look solid as fk, when you cut you're gonna be peeled.
Guys, i don't know if i should continue this or do it for another week or two. My chest is nonexistent, and my abs look ugly when not flexed. Thoughts?

Mid-section looks fine, but could concentrate on more core work to add more depth. As for chest, mine was concave when I started. I'm gonna say 18% Treat your with some indulgence food even if you don't feel the need. Otherwise, when it hits you, it will hit you like a hammer.

Had protein pancakes and 99% fat free turkey sausage for lunch/brunch. Gonna hold out until later so I can indulge a bit.
12 oz sirloin
3/4 cup mashed garlic cauliflower topped with a little bit of fat free cheese
Think I'll be over my fats and carbs by just a few grams but I haven't had a steak in weeks. Sirloin is one of the leanest and I'll trim an extra fat off. Will take pictures.
Edit- ended up having New York strip as it was on sale. Trimmed all the outer fat. Still ended up about 10grams over. Gonna take a few more times before I master the smashed cauliflower. It wasn't bad but it could've been better. scoop or two of protein powered before bed will do the trick.Last edited by IH8RICE; 05-14-2017 at 04:09 PM.

Day 7, 179.4 again, I'd be pissed but some tandoori chicken set me off and I ate some popcorn, chips, and some other things and had sex twice last night. Really didn't want to do that but now idc.
I'm hit leg day for the entire duration today and try to step around at work a bit more. 32 in waist, will measure and take a pic sat morning.

Day one:
Weighed in at 172.4lbs on Friday night. Been cutting at 1,900 calories for the last 6 weeks so this shouldn't be too bad.... had egg whites with crab meat, fat free mozzarella and spinach for breakfast. Ate a half a pound of ground turkey for lunch and haven't felt hungry since. Did a double whey shake to up my protein numbers. Ended up at 190g of protein and 980ish calories. Tomorrow is day two... going to run this for 10-12 days like the handbook says and then refeed. Maybe if I'm not losing my mind I'll stick with it longer. Will be transitioning to maintenance once it's done for at least a week or two when done for sanity purposes but I could always change that plan... so here we go!
Also talked my younger brother and mother into it. They are category 2 and 3 respectively. It's going to be interesting to see how this goes for my mother and will update. She's 5' 5" and over 205lbs so she's got a bunch to lose.
