I'm 100% certain they do not organize professional assassinations over the internet, the more you read about it the more you realize how underwhelming it is....most sites are fragmented pieces of ****. and the sites that are actually used, you will not be able to find.

you have to get a program like TOR or you can't view sites. i don't recommend viewing them it's not all its cracked up to be bro, and any stuff you do find interesting/creepy is just ****ed up, like how to kidnap children n ****.
