well since No-one wants to learn how to lift, properly build Strength and muscle, eat properly or just talk about how At 61 yrs old total Natural, meaning I am fighting uphill without assistance giving chemicals. Where on the same morning I put up and exhausted my system with a maxed 145lb behind neck press total 24 reps, 3 sets of 3 of 225lb on flat bench, 4 sets working to 225 lb barbell incline for total 16 reps then nailed seated overhead press- 8 sets working to 180lbs then 2 burn sets total 50 reps then after all that I nailed 7 sets multiples from 185 to 255x3 on CGBP total 21 total reps,

Awesome, behind the neck press = classic staple, all the drug-users phucked themselves up from all the chemical assistance and now give chitty advice on these forums to "not do classic staple exercises", phucking losers.
