Havent really seen anyone compare these two yet and I always see people comparing other vasodilators to Hemavol, but Id like to hear peoples opinions on no3 vs hemavol.

Never used NO3
For me I prefer powder's, I like to just drink it rather then take bunch of pills if possible.
The effects seem to hit little faster with powder as well, and Hemavol also happens to taste pretty amazing.-- Microwaves everyday crew --

Based on the ingredient profile alone: Hemavol.
With 2 scoops of Hemavol you get a whopping 5g of citrulline malate, this alone facilitates greats pumps and gives me awesome endurance.
Arginine nitrate is cool and all, but you're getting ALOT more with your money from hemavol.
Plus, theres something I love about chugging a cup of cold, sweet, and tart powder before I hit the gym. lol. Get the watermelon hemavol, the fruit punch one taste not as good.

Have tried both. Awesome pumps off 1 scoop of hemavol. Based on the number of pills I'm directed to take for being over 200lbs, have to take 6 pills which really cuts the servings down. Good pumps from NO3, but if you're a bigger guy, you'll go through the product faster.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

4 caplets of MT Betaine preworkout. Done.
Cheap as all get out and doubles as your betaine along with the nitrates.Completed Logs & Reviews:

I think I average around 90g-150g or so, but normally eat custard protein & oats for breakfast and lunch with grits/black beans and 6-7 eggs lately - which is most of my carbs outside of protein bar's etc and vegetables.
Much better workout in with the carbs couple hours before though.-- Microwaves everyday crew --

Jeebus. If my carbs were that low, I wouldn't be able to maintain weight, even if I displace the carbs with fat. Calories from protein doesn't seem to efficiently provide calories IMO either.
Also yes, fed workout is much better than non-fed. Try having carbs right before a workout and intra as well, makes a big difference in performance and endurance (liquid carbs that won't agitate your gut of course).Completed Logs & Reviews:
