If China would have just stuck to one story how it started they would have come off as more credible. First it was the wet markets. Then it was bats. Then it was the US Army. Then it was Pangolins. There are some other ones I don't remember.

They lied so many times on this one and how it originated. I just can't help but invoke Occams razor and say it was probably the BSL level 4 lab that was known to have been studying this exact virus. The old saying of “the cover up is worse than the crime” could not be more appropriate. Right now the rest of the world is paying for China's incompetence.

And on that, let’s just pretend that it didn’t come from the lab. The fact that their government intentionally shut out the rest of the world from information and silenced their own citizens who were warning about this disease should be enough reason for the world to unilaterally condemn China.
