i take 1 capsule 3x a day with meals
1 with meal #1
1 with meal #3

my label of body science cla tablets dosnt state wat it does..just says 3 time daily
i read in muscle mag that its a must to cut and lean out

There is one study done on pigs where CLA taken in conjunction with betaine anhydrous had a synergistic effect and boosted lean muscle gains and fat loss..FWIW..waiting for testing on humans
