We're seeing a lot of reports on the cardio aspect. With Peak02 and Capros, some really cool stuff. Feedback that was posted on ******** yesterday:
After a month of taking capros daily, I can run 4 miles straight without stopping in the Florida humidity. One month ago, I would have to stop about 2 miles in to catch my breath. Now I get to "runners high" at about a mile and don't even think and I'm just running because it's so effortless. And I can maintain a conversation while before I wouldn't be able to do that without panting like a dog lol.I used to own things.

Peak 02 will show results around 28g of total intake. Won't matter if you do 1-2-4g a day. There is continued results going up to 84g. I don't know what happens as it hasn't been studied past that point. Some data will come out later showing no improved results from taking over 4g per day. A study was done at 12g per day over 7 days to see if that would give the same results at 4g over 3 weeks. I can't talk much about the results, but I'd suggest for performance, keeping it around 4g a day if you're wanting to make it out. I DO take more personally, but that's because of my heavy travel schedule. I fly 150-180k miles a year (by end of March I will be at 60k this year) and I believe it helps with my immune system.
I personally haven't tested capros to that level with endurance. I do believe there is an acute impact. I'm a huge fan of the stuff and have been for years. It was in Psycho back years ago.I used to own things.

To add to Mike's experience, I logged for PeakO2 when the guys were doing the promo here a few months ago. I noted all my lifts at the time, including set and rep schemes and rest times. Personally, I noticed some gains just from the addition of PeakO2, though some of those improvements could be attributed to "noobie gains". The most significant difference for me was being able to shorten my rest times, leading to a more efficient lunch hour workout.
At the time I was using Xtend Perform intra and consuming an additional 4g per day (so a total of 8g PeakO2 per day). I've continued to use it in 4g daily doses since then.

I think I'll grab some bulk PF peak02 next time, "peaked02" my interest he. Along a trial Quake tub. Hope bulks capros hits the store soon too.
Prefer to have something that aids in performance and not just gives an artificial "pump" like a couple ingredients.

Stacked with 100mg teacrine last two workouts and love it!
Flavoring is pretty mellow depending on how much water you are using. I would say the best flavor to water ratio was 16+ oz of water to two scoops. I have tried as low as 8oz of water for two scoops the flavor is stronger but still pretty good.
If you are comparing to xtend it's not gonna taste like xtend. Especially considering it's a 26g serving of ingredients. I was surprised that even though it mixed up cloudy it wasn't gritty at all and I didn't have to add more water to get that last bits like you sometimes do.___----Xtend Representative----___

Not sure on that, the lemon drop tastes like a sweetish lemonade the watermelon bubblegum doesn't taste like watermelon xtend not sure really how to describe it, I can taste the bubblegum flavor as a secondary for sure just havnt put my finger on something to compare it to.

Any plans for bulk capros? I bought 3 bottles of peak02 but would like to try the capros. Not particularly interested I the pre-workout right now, it looks good but I'm looking for something I can use pre-jiu jitsu in the evenings. I don't want a bunch of stims, but extra endurance would be welcome.
