Not sure why you wouldn't care about Peak02. Three more studies coming out this year on it. All with statistically significant results at lower dosing.

My second workout with Quake was a 5k followed by a 5x5 set of squats. Used 1.5 scoops. Average heart rate was slightly lower than a 5k around the same pace the previous week.

To my understanding there is some saturation necessary for both Capros as well as Peak02? Or is there an acute effect? I'm interested in the power output associated with Peak02 in addition to the endurance.

Peak 02 will show results around 28g of total intake. Won't matter if you do 1-2-4g a day. There is continued results going up to 84g. I don't know what happens as it hasn't been studied past that point. Some data will come out later showing no improved results from taking over 4g per day. A study was done at 12g per day over 7 days to see if that would give the same results at 4g over 3 weeks. I can't talk much about the results, but I'd suggest for performance, keeping it around 4g a day if you're wanting to make it out. I DO take more personally, but that's because of my heavy travel schedule. I fly 150-180k miles a year (by end of March I will be at 60k this year) and I believe it helps with my immune system.

I personally haven't tested capros to that level with endurance. I do believe there is an acute impact. I'm a huge fan of the stuff and have been for years. It was in Psycho back years ago.

Money. That's why, while I enjoy DMAA and similar, I can't use it for workouts, it elevates heart rate and reduces performance.

Doug- interested in your thoughts. I started at 1 scoop and do not see a need for me to go over 1.5.

To add to Mike's experience, I logged for PeakO2 when the guys were doing the promo here a few months ago. I noted all my lifts at the time, including set and rep schemes and rest times. Personally, I noticed some gains just from the addition of PeakO2, though some of those improvements could be attributed to "noobie gains". The most significant difference for me was being able to shorten my rest times, leading to a more efficient lunch hour workout.

At the time I was using Xtend Perform intra and consuming an additional 4g per day (so a total of 8g PeakO2 per day). I've continued to use it in 4g daily doses since then.

Stacked with 100mg teacrine last two workouts and love it!

Flavoring is pretty mellow depending on how much water you are using. I would say the best flavor to water ratio was 16+ oz of water to two scoops. I have tried as low as 8oz of water for two scoops the flavor is stronger but still pretty good.

If you are comparing to xtend it's not gonna taste like xtend. Especially considering it's a 26g serving of ingredients. I was surprised that even though it mixed up cloudy it wasn't gritty at all and I didn't have to add more water to get that last bits like you sometimes do.

Not sure on that, the lemon drop tastes like a sweetish lemonade the watermelon bubblegum doesn't taste like watermelon xtend not sure really how to describe it, I can taste the bubblegum flavor as a secondary for sure just havnt put my finger on something to compare it to.

Both a good but out of the two I prefer lemon drop.

the lemon taste was excellent, i had it with room temp water... ice cold (of course) would have been better. Had a minimal settling, but wasn't gritty at all (more powder than grit?). Off to the gym. Thanks again Dave!

Awesome! I can remember Mike telling us years ago how he does not like to drink lots of fluids before working out. The taste was surprising to me considering the amount of well-dosed ingredients.

100mg of Teacrine is the sweet spot for me when stacked with quake. I use the prima force caps and 100 could be too much for some.
