Big thanks to Controlled Labs team for hooking me up with their brand new pre.
Flavor - 3/5 (sour gummy worm) TBH I expected it to be much better. To me it tasted like some variation of blue raz. Not sweet and not sour as well. A bit tasteless to my buds. Mixed in 8oz
Mixability - 5/5 Mixed perfectly, no residues and no clumps
Energy & Focus - 4/5 Energy was surprisingly good and clean. Didn't feel jittery or any discomfort, it was a very clean, smooth and long lasting energy.
Pumps - 3.5/5 Solid pumps. I didn't stack it with anything extra, but pumps were still nice. Did arms only today. Do have some bulk l-citrulline and nitrosigine. Will try different combos on upcoming days. Overall, pumps were good.
Overall, I enjoyed this pre. I liked it better, then my previous one. Energy is unexpectedly good and pumps are average. It's a well balanced pre so far.

So far, I've had 3 workouts with white warped. Yesterday did chest/back and today shoulders & legs.
Overall feelings haven't changed much. Unexpectedly good energy and nice pumps
DUMBBELL LATERAL RAISE - 20 lbs x 10
DUMBBELL SHRUG - 60 lbs x 10
BENT-OVER LATERAL RAISE - 25 lbs x 10
DUMBBELL FRONT RAISE - 40 lbs x 10
ARNOLD PRESS - 80 lbs x 10
As for the legs, mostly did low weights and slow reps.
Did walking lunges (25 lb DBs)
Leg curls & leg extensions.
Workout was great. Flavoring didn't seem much impressive even at 6 oz. Adding a bit of sweetness to it would be good.I lift things up and put them down...

2 more days with thire warped.
Yesterday I did arms and stacked it with a stim-free pre containing 1.5g glycerol and 1g betaine nitrate. It's nearly a perfect stack.
EZ curls - 70lbs x 20
Concentration curls - 25lbs x 10
DB curls - 25lbs x 10
Hammer curls - 50 lbs x 10
Reverse curls - 80 lbs x 10
Rope push-down - 120 lbs x 15
Dips
Single Arm DB Extensions - 25 lbs x 12
Straight-bar pushdown - 160 lbs x 10
DB kickback - 25 lbs x 10
Mostly I try to do lower weights (issues with retina) and higher intensity. Pumps were solid throughout my workout. Energy was smooth, I could feel it throughout my workout. Not strong, but smooth and long-lasting.
Today I did chest/back. Although I didn't sleep last night at all, white warped still woke me up a bit. Workout was okay, nothing interesting tbh

Yesterday hit shoulders with a scoop of white warped. I didn't sleep at all that night so didn't feel much. Did low weights and after 2/3 of my workout just left the gym.
Today did chest/back and workout was outstanding
Bench Press - 220 x 8
Incline DB Press - 90 lbs (each) x 6
Cable Flyes - 50 x 10
Machine Bench Press - 160 x 10
Wide grip pullups 4 sets
Wide grip front pulldown - 160 x 10
Machine rows - 100 x 10
Standing lat pushdown 60 x 10
Energy was really good. It slowly kicked in (20-30 min) and energy itself was smooth and very clear. So far, I'm loving the energy from white warped, it's really good. Pumps were okay. My workout wasn't much focused on pumps so they were just okay
And to somehow make my log slightly different, I'll post pictures of kittens under each update.

Had 3 more great workouts with white warped.
On my arms day I stacked white warped with extra 3g of l-citrulline. Pumps were very good.
EZ curls - 70lbs x 10 (slow reps)
Concentration curls - skipped, did cable curls instead
DB curls - 35lbs x 10
Hammer curls - 45 lbs x 10
Reverse curls - 100 lbs x 10
Rope push-down - 100 lbs x 10
Dips
Single Arm DB Extensions - 35 lbs x 10
Straight-bar pushdown - 140 lbs x 12
DB kickback - 25 lbs x 10
Workout was awesome. Energy lowly increased and lasted throughout my workout. It was 3.5/10
Pumps were much better. On its own, WW lacks pumps a bit.
On my chest/back day, I didn't add anything to WW and workout was still great. Pumps were less, but energy was solid. Focus is lacking a bit as well.
And finally on shoulders day, I added 2g nitrosigine to WW and not sure if it improved pumps or not. It's one of those ingredients, which I'm not 100% sure whether or not it is effective. Still workout was great. Did about the same weights as previously and overall so far I've enjoyed training on white warped.

Had 2 more workouts with white warped.
Yesterday hit arms. Used 1.5 scoop of white warped without anything else. That would give about 4.5g l-cit and 0.75mg gmatine. Pumps were a bit better. Not a huge difference, but still.
Energy didn't change much though. It was smooth, long lasting and "clean".
on my chest day, used 1 scoop of white warped.
DB Press - 90 x 10 each
Incline DB Press - 70 lbs (each) x 10
Lower Cable Flyes - 50 x 10
Machine Bench Press - 140 x 10
Wide grip pullups 4 sets
Wide grip front pulldown - 140 x 10
Machine rows - 120 x 10
Standing lat pushdown 60 x 10
Workout was great. Energy - the same as with 1.5 scoops. Towards the end, I even had some power to do cardio and did 15min treadmill

Energy was good. WW kicks in pretty quickly and smoothly. No crash. Pumps were moderate.
