Life is good mate. Dieting away atm. Haven't had a carb in a month lol.
And I'm not back for a few months yet. But the boss is coming over here before then so that'll be a good time.
Also, it tested my memory but I found a good article for you to look at. Just try to disregard that it's on tnation lol.

Likely money is the reason behind not ordering an MRI, they are concerned with insurance billing and not patients first, that's the typical way things go here sometimes sadly
You do sound very busy, a good thing right?
I've done all gentle exercises, went to chiropractor many times but nothing has changed really in terms of numbness
Next visit to MD if MRI isn't ordered then I'll choose a different primary MD, I wanna know what's going on there
I started back at deadlifts last night, light with DB`s and felt good
Have good weekend broNASM CPT

So I debated whether or not I'd put this in here, but I figured many of the people in have been along for the best of our times, and have been great, & Barb and I are very appreciative of it. Several people already know this through fb. Unfortunately this time it's sad news. We lost my dad on the weekend. Three months shy of being 90 years old. Barb's rushing to be here by my side as I write this, and we send him away on Monday. Been almost four years since some of you helped me deal with losing my mum, and I still haven't forgotten about it.
So to those of the crew who still check in and see this stuff, I wanna say thanks for all the support, banter, laughs, and congratulations you've given us over the years.Delirious Mutant.

was it 4 years since your mom passed? it's crazy that we've been bantering that long. I'm sorry to hear about your old man. I'm glad that Barb is heading to give you some support, though from what i've heard your family will be helpful too.

Sorry to hear Necon.
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Thanks so much everybody. The words really are appreciated. I'll be okay. And the old boy was ready, even if we weren't. He'd done everything in life he needed to do, and his job here was done.
Just a few more hours til I pick up "our girl" (as he always used to call her) at the airport.Delirious Mutant.
