Ive been super busy lately. My new workout room has so much more space and is way bigger, i love it. I am mobile right now but will show pictures of my workout room when i am done. As for the rest of the house, our 2 70 inch tvs for 4,000 dollars each, will be arriving tomorrow. Hurray. As well as our tv stands, surround sound, cables. Our bedroom sets r in our house, we got our table and chairs for 2,000 dollars but theres a scratch and imprefction on it, so we r taking it back. Our 2 couches will have to wait till nov30 to come. So gay lol. We bought some area rugs. 2 end tables to put our beer on and food beside our couch lol. Paid 1,000 dollars for them. We picked up 2 hd pvr receivers for 600 dollars. Our 2 bedroom sets cost 7,000 dollars but we got them for 6,000 dollars. Overall price for electronics and couch: 14,000 dollars. Overall price for table and chairs, freezer, bedroom sets, end tables, and area rugs: 12,500 dollars. We will be picking up a hot tub for around 8-10,000 dollars and a pool table as well. Hopefully we will get that at the end of the month. But ya just thought i would share this with my bros, cause i got a lot of private messages asking what i was up to.

Nah really no point bro. Bodybuilding is very simple. Track calories and if u want to gain weight eat in a surplus if u want to lose weight eat in a deficit. As for the weightroom its very simple. Progression. U must progress. This is 99 percent of bodybuilding. The reason people do not see results, or quit, is a) they r not eating enough. B) there not progressing c) there not waiting long enough. Bodybuilding is very slow. As a natural it takes a while to see results. This is why il not making videos. I dont need to make videos on useless info.

Cliffs: WhiteKoala has $ Dollars.
I agree with what you said though. Doesn't stop dumb ****s like me making no progress for months though.... You don't need to track cals though. As long as you eat more if your scale isn't going up. (Or vice versa for a cut)Weak Ass Lifts:
Bench Press: 85kg (188) x 2
Deadlift: 160kg (353) x 1
ATG Squat: 116kg (256) x 1 (Heels on 10kg plates = awkward, terrible balance, pain and damage to the knees every time, constantly.)
Bone spurs in the ankle joint crew. Flexibility hours a day but still can't bend at my knees crew.
Who was moon shoes? Ask me and we can go on a journey together.
