No the real question is when is opie ever going to take the advice of misc on weight loss instead of looking for shortcuts or stories to keep his fatazz entertained?
Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me die;
Steal from the world, and not a stone
Tell where I lie.

OP this is called PSMF or Protein Sparing Modified Fast, look it up if you're disciplined and looking for a quick fix. I've used it in the past with success but it should only be short term.
I also do FMD quarterly which is Fasting Mimicking Diet. I don't do this for weight loss necessarily but more for the health benefits brought on by the FMD. FMD is very low protein as it aimed more towards longevity than fatloss/muscle preservation. Again, look it up and see which one suits you best..:MiscMarioBrahs:.

When I was 14 and relapsing into anorexia, I got as low as 200 calories a day. 1 mini bagel with 1 tablespoon of hummus in the morning. Celery at night. It was even worse than my first anorexia bout, which bottomed out at 800 cal/day. I went from a recovering but still underweight 110 pounds down to 88 pounds in just a few weeks.
The mindset of anorexia is so different from my mindset around dieting now. Back then it was completely OCD compulsive. I physically couldn't force myself to eat 1 calorie over my selected number. Even though I could tell how unhealthy, dizzy, and sick I felt and could sometimes see that I was indeed skinny.
Nowadays I channel my calorie OCD to set goals for cuts, but I also listen to really strong body signals and allow refeed days."The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously."
