Hold the weight in the lockout position for a few seconds every rep, its that top range of motion that targets your inner chest and tweaks it out, and for your final rep hold it for a solid 5 seconds.

OP: How many chests do you have?
"Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."

    Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.

The chest muscles are made up of the pectoralis major and the pectoralis minor. The pectoralis major is the bigger of the two and spans most of the clavicle and sternum and attaches to the upper arm. It has several important functions at the shoulder: flexion, adduction (towards body), and medial (inward) rotation.

our chest is helpful in contact sports that require a lot of pushing such as football and rugby.

you could check out doing more of pushups... and some middle chest exercises like barbell bench press, barbell pullovers etc....
Check out my progress and how I went from 157lbs to 191lbs in 9 months..
