For sure! I always have trouble getting shoulder pumps unfortunately, but it was definitely a solid work. I definitely felt it at least!
Shoulder workout was great. I wish I did take a pic of the pancake filled with apples. Those were great.
Yeah, rhubarb is definitely something to avoid if you're prone to kidney stones! That's unfortunately though cause it is a nice flavor and texture!☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑

Most of my exercise in the past week I spent playing pick-up basketball or doing cardio. I did put in a heavy session for legs, which probably wasn't a good idea because of all the running around I was doing. My feet, ankles, and shins are pretty sore.
I am still really enjoying CL White Warped. I think I prefer the Gummy Worm flavor to the Apple. I had one or two times where I crashed a bit from the White Warped, but I think that was more on my nutrition status at the time than the stimulants. Otherwise, I really love the boost of energy and focus and find the pumps to be pretty solid on White Warped.
Pre-workout - 1 scoop of CL's White Warped (Gummy Worm flavor)
Intra-workout - 1-2 liters of water
Warm up jog and stretch
1) Hex Bar Deadlift - 5 x 10 335
2) Barbell Back Squat - 225 lbs for 20, 275 lbs for 15, 315 for 10, 405 for 6
3) Walking Lunges w/ DBs - 20 lunges per leg by 3 w/ 40 lb DBs
4) Superset of Leg Extensions and Leg Curls (on Machine) - 5 x 15 115 lbs
5) Calf Extension Machine - 5 x 20 165 lbs
More stretching!☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑

I'm the same when it comes to legs and I find my quads and hams respond better with higher reps
and slightly lighter poundage. Super sets and sometimes tri sets workout very well also at times.
I'll do a sets of high reps leg ext to finish off my my quads but then I will super set lying leg curls
with them and then jump right into stiff legs deads and you won't need cardio after doing that tri set

Awesome I like that. I'll have to give it a try. But definitely agree that volume is where it is at.
Sorry about the knee! Yeah, I have tried to be careful with my workouts and worked in more stretching and cardio to avoid injuries and just overall go easier on my joints. I've also been working slowly toward getting down to 215 lbs (around 218 now) just to be lighter. It's already cost be some strength, but I definitely think it'll be better for my joints long term.
Had some amazing and FREE corned beef and potato hash browns yesterday. It was awesome. I feel like you would have enjoyed!
Anyway, I'm still loving White Warped! Another workout post coming. I'll probably put together a review thread and store review very soon. I'll keep the log running til I'm through both my tubs.☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑

Thanks! It's definitely a solid pre-workout!
I've put together a rough ranking of the CL pre-workouts that I've tried (I know not all of them are still sold but just for fun):
1) White Rapids (at 2.5 scoops)
2) White Warped
3) White Flood Classic (https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...post1523724191)
4) White Flood Reborn (https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...1296451&page=1)
I enjoyed all these pre-workouts especially stacked with other CL products! The ranking is somewhat biased based on CNS and pump effects.☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑

No! I don't think I ever tried White Flash but the formula does look pretty good!
Of course! Will have a longer review coming soon!
Nice! They're all solid pre-workouts! I did think the flavoring on Classic was a little different and did grow on me as I was using the tub. It did cause me to bloat sometimes though.☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑

The candy apple sour tub is all finished up and the gummy worm tub is all that's left. I have been on the road quite a bit this weekend for my brother's college graduation. However, I still put in a great workout on Friday afternoon and then stayed active and had the opportunity for a short auxiliary lift today in a hotel fitness center.
I've detailed my Friday lift below:
Pre-workout - 1 scoop of CL's White Warped (Candy Apple Sour flavor)
Intra-workout - 1-2 liters of water + 1 scoop of Xtend strawberry mango + a dash of Himalayan pink salt
Plyo, stretched, warm-up jog
1) Hang Clean - 5 x 5 225 lbs
2) Barbell Lunges - 5 x 10 185 lbs
3) Barbell Deadlift - 5 x 10 315 lbs
4) Barbell Bench - 5 x 10 225 lbs
5) WG Pull Ups - 5 x failure
6) Glute-Ham Machine - 5 x failure w/ 25 lb plate
jogged a mile
Nutrition:
Friday was a bit of a cheat day! See below!

Haha glad you guys liked the food pics! There will be more! Sorry for the delay in posts. Have been out-of-town and the wi-fi has been spotty. Will be putting more posts up soon and then a final review in a bit. Bear with me! But yes, I've really enjoyed logging White Warped! It's undoubtedly a solid pre-workout!
