What most likely started out as an actual social justice movement has now been hijacked by extremists in the guise of bullying.

What you don't see is the other things BLM is doing like trying to get businesses to comply with "black only/owned" businesses or giving them cuts of profits to avoid shaming.

Even more so, most black people actually want more police in crime ridden areas, the people who are shouting BLM and marching (and eventually rioting) are white people who are brainwashed.

Before, I could maybe sympathize with the movement, there were some despicable people but I thought they were just lone wolves posing under the guise of black lives matter, just like how there are bad people in any sort of movement and organization.

I think this was a few years ago, but where they really lost me was when they started marching and advocating the murder and death of police. This was hundreds of people. That alone makes me not support them.

They have generated hundreds and hundreds of millions. This money BETTER be going to help the poor, there better be tons of free scholarships, after-school programs, lunches etc... Seems like money is just backing violence and destruction at this point. Where is all the money going?

As for the attention its bringing to racism and the need for change im fine with.. Just I hope the money it makes actually makes it to those who need it. All the videos of the innocent being brutalized is hard to watch.. Lots of people have died directly from BLM protests.. Many lives ruined..

The moment someone tells me they support BLM, I immediately put them in 1 of 3 categories:

Not a fan of the organization for a number of reasons. As a libertarian, I supported the peaceful protests and thought maybe we'd finally get some reform around limiting qualified immunity, ending civil asset forfeiture, better training, and more psychological evaluations.

Until somebody can prove to me that the millions they raise go toward help black communities I will not change my view point. They are a hate group that don't care about the tactics they use to get their message across. Just in my city I've seen people beat up or accosted for not openly saying BLM. Meanwhile they are democrats who support the movement but dont openly proclaim their support. They are literally eating their own and doing more damage to the Democratic party than even Clinton.
