How long do you wait to eat?

I'm trying a new joint supp and it says to take first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.

1/2 hr...45 mins maybe?

And why would a supp like that need to be on an empty stomach anyway....never understood that.

I/2 hr is perfect and I use Cissus-XT and I dose it that way 2x a day. They tell you this on certain supplements
because I guess they absorb better without food.

Would depend on the active ingredient. Its like supplementing Tryptophan, if you eating a meal before, its pretty much useless for sleep aid. (It competes with histidine, isoleucine, leucine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tyrosine, and valine To cross BBB)

ive read before about you using that........ can you shoot me a link for it? Ive been using animal flex....... which isnt bad but if there is something better im all ears

Does the brand matter? I search for it and only saw some listed on Walmart site.... I don’t normally buy supps from Wally World
