Rockstar makes the world dangerous, but what are you really risking if you die?

Not saying you should lose are progress but money and guns carried on your person should be the risk.

I like the fact that you can lose your horse meaning losing all possible upgrades on it making you think of the consequences of taking it in dangerous lands

If you turn off the mini-map, NPC's dialogue will change - giving you directions involving routes and landmarks.

Anyone know if playing the first RDR will be a prerequisite for playing RDR2 or is it a completely fresh storyline/plot?

Not a pre-req since RDR2 is a prequel to the first game

This almost all sounds too good to be true.

loved RDR and looking forward to this but have no current gen console. considering getting an xbox one x so i can play it. but thats then giving them exactly what they want the greedy kents. just wish they would stop this exclusive chit and just release it on PC. if their games werent so amazing i'd boycott

im thinking of pre ordering the digital version for the first time in my life so i can play at midnight.

also was wondering, will the fact that i have the whole game downloaded mean my ps4 wont sound like a vacuum cleaner, since it wont have to read the disc?

what do you brahs think?

The fan doesn't have much to do with the disk being read. It's the cpu/gpu being taxed, therefor the fan cooling them down in running the game

So playing from the disk or playing from the ssd/hd won't make much, if any, difference in sound

What has me really excited is the fact that Rockstar games historically run very well with few if any bugs. They're QC is great, and a game this complex is going to benefit from that greatly.

50 weapons tho? There were only like 40 in RDR, which is set in a time period after..and that's including DLC weapons

How are they gonna have a greater variety of weaponry in a game set a decent chunk of time prior? Curious to see how that'll go.
