Best ways to prevent the chafing between your thighs and ball bag?

My problem is on inner thighs when they rub hurts to walk. I just bought a pair of compression shorts (do you wear underwear or not?) which I hope that helps when I do cardio, but in th meantime I want to heal my thighs so should I use the powder & not bother with the ointment?

I use Bandelettes to prevent thigh chaffing during exercising. They have unisex pairs that work out wonderfully when exercising. I definitely recommend using them when you are exercising. Just make sure if you do decide to order a pair that you measure your thighs correctly to get a proper fit.

Destin Cream for diaper rash works miracles for me. The powders don't work and anti persperant only worked a short time. Vaseline is great too, just a bit on the messy side

My $0.02 is go to your local livestock feed store & buy a green cube container of Vermont's Original Bag Balm. It's advertised for use on dairy cows udders which became chapped/chaffed but farmers gotta keep dairy cows milked...so...if it's good enough for cows tits, it's good enough for my sack.

It's a vaseline-like jelly but contains an anti-septic. I usually have my wife rub my sack and thighs with it because, well, that's how I roll. After 10-mins, pain is reduced considerably (I never think to use it proactively--only reactively--and it does it for me, well enough).
