Would using L-carnitine or working out maybe to a level of exhaustion be Te specific cause of not being able to get erect ?
Additional info - age 50 and hadn't worke out for like 20 years
ALSO, would it be better for a man in that circumstance to run for an hour at 10km - or walk briskly for 1 hour with a lot of incline. Goals: to lose weight an lose the gut

Questions prefaced with "serious" usually aren't.
It is a bit like when people start sentences with "To tell you the truth...", or "Honestly...".
What they are really saying is "Most of my usual conversation is peppered with complete nonsense or outright lies, hence when I want to really persuade you about something I need to preface it with "honestly" or "to ell you the truth". But since, as we have now established, I am deeply untrustworthy, all you need to know is that I am trying harder to persuade you of something, so am even more likely to lie."
