I don't know if all Creatine is made for Lean muscle mass but which one here on the site do you recommend, i like to stay away from the real sugary stuff like NO Xplod , i had that before and hated it, just let me know, I was thinking of Micronized Creatine , but I'm not sure, just let me know. Thanks.

Micronized creatine is by far the best.
Tasteless, cheap, effective. By far the best strength and weight gainer there is.
I usually just mix a huge spoonful in some cranberry juice or grape juice. Mix it in, let it dissolve for a few mins, then mix it up again and drink it quick while its in suspension.
If you don't want the sugary stuff like cranberry juice, just use sugar free stuff with splenda.

I like taking it pre workout, because then it is highest levels in your body for your muscles to use. Some like to take it postworkout to replenish levels, but that's not necessary.
Just take it like 2 hours preworkout with a lot of water and drinks and stuff. By the time you get to the gym it should be digested and stuff.

Yea you should take it on off days too. I'd take it sometime in the morning or whenever, really. Doesn't matter.
Lots of times the creatine becomes less effective as time goes on, so maybe you could try seeing what works best for you, taking it only on workout days, or taking it every day.
The thing is, it will make you stronger and gain weight. If you stop taking it, you might lose a little strength. But the strength you gained will be more than if you had not taken it.
