But srs I just couldn't handle the stress of continuing to fuk around with that chit as high as it is without a LOI/DA. Upside vs downside at 25 isn't really that great- perhaps I'd miss out at 100% gain if it got to $50. Moved out and going back closer to NAV plays.

Wish I had more cash, i'm torn between abandoning my strategy of trying to hold my positions >12 months or just moving through more SPACs/meme stocks

Not great. Private charter flight company. They were valued at 1.1 billion in 2019 and now rumor is valuation at 2.0 billion with 250M cash + whatever PIPE they get together. Probs just gonna sell the pop. Rumor from bloomberg so probz legit, but they are trying to get the PIPE in place right now so could totally fall through.

Homeboy confirmed they're going public and said an announcement would be made soon. Obviously can't confirm that they're talking to CCIV directly but did say they are looking at the SPAC route as an option.

Basically lends credence to Bloomberg's report.

Maybe its a terrible thing but even with 100% of my money in I havent really stressed out during the drops, must just be dumb blissful ignorance hahaha.
