I’m looking at the biggest New Year’s eve crowd I’ve seen in 10 years that my stores.

Was an eventful day yesterday, brought back sad memories of our daughter. I could try to explain the feelings, but everything turned out fine with him so no need to dramatize the incident.

* Mother in law carrying son and laundry.
* Slips on stairs, falls on middle landing.
* Son cries, like hard, take him to Child ER. CT scan fine, he seems back to normal.
* Left hospital before doctor fully checked him out because they started admitting 6-10 covid positive kids.
* Mother in law broken foot, now sleeps in our bed, I sleep in spare bedroom.

I was very upset she was carrying my son at the same time as laundry, but yelling at a 70 year old woman who knows she did wrong will not help. We got her a scooter coming, bathroom chair handles, shower chair; she will need surgery, she broke her heel bone and metatarsal 3 and 4 shaft.

Also our company has covid vaccine scheduled for next week.

Glad your son is good. I'm also glad you didn't take it out on your MIL. I hope she heals up okay. At her age, those are the sorts of injuries that, frankly, can sap her of her will to live.

If you're serious about getting it, they may need to drive to Galveston for the fastest; they could likely be vaccinated in Galveston the week after next. Houston Health department filled up all of January.
