I weight 171 and trying to get down to 160. I did it last summer so it's not completely impossible.
I've always been very strong on bench press. It's one thing I am really good at. My Other lifts pale in comparison. I have a video of doing 315 twice. I recorded it just for fun but I can try to upload it

Strong lift.
Really good. You will easily get 425 or more by year end.
That was too easy Big Z. Time to move way up.
Solid lift. I know how you feel, though. Since I Periodize, I change up too often to let my bench increase much lately. As you know, strength suffers. But, only for that lift. Keep going.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

I like benching when not dieting but now it sucks. I'm with ya and actually feeling this way about lifting heavy for me in general. I forgot what it's like to not feel beat up.
Hopefully gravity is turned down for all of you guys/gals in Utica in ten days. Some big lifts on the menu! I'd be thrilled to see you get that tree-fiddy on the platform.☻/

I've got my Son doing dumbells only, shoulders bothering him and he needs to swing a baseball bat and pitch. Convinced BB BP is only good for BB BP.
Feeling strong for the 350 attempt. Elbows good, form good, but will be an "attempt" fo sho, never even unracked that over my face.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Still been testing my shoulder, Bad video angle but you can see if ya look close it does come to my chest. Wife just decided to grab it last minute. 375X1 and it went pretty easy. Pretty happy to see the strength gains while having dropped 30 pounds in the last few months. Guess I had some good energy stored in that fat Hope to be 405+ again by October.
My journal, not detailed, but heck I never keep track of much anyhow. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121196291&p=863931421#post863931421

The last couple months, I've been trying to get my (crappy) bench back up to where it used to be. This is 319 pounds. It's the most I've benched in a while.

I'd been using Polishball's routine for bench, hit 385 (unrecorded of course). now I have some mental block since I've failed at it sometimes. but posting this to show not every lift is a bad one and gotta learn from every miss
